Tim is a qualified draftsman with 16 years of experience in the the building industry. He has been a licensed builder for 7 years and has managed projects from commercial high rises, warehouses and residential builds.

Tim is a diverse designer with experience designing modern homes, heritage homes and everything in between. Having helped many clients over the years, Tim understand the need to balance budget and scope of works. He can also provide insight on how materials feel in person as opposed to just on plans.

Tim is fantastic at providing solutions to tricky blocks and spaces. His wealth of experience comes from having personal experience in renovating multiple of his own houses over the years and doing small developments.

He holds qualifications in Cert IV in Residential Drafting, Diploma of Building and Construction, Cert IV in Carpentry is a Greensmart Professional (green designs) and is a member of HIA.
